We sell our Balanced 3-pin Pro-audio PA cables in matched packs of 2.

You will receive 2 identical matched cables with a male XLR on one end and a female XLR on the other. This means they are easy to connect together to make longer runs if necessary.

We designed and manufacture this cable and do not sell it to anyone else. With premium audio cable we set extremely High Standards. The cable is 7mm thick and feels like rubber, not cheap plastic and is supple and easy to use.

These XLR cables are very High-quality balanced microphone/audio leads for exceptional sound quality and reliability. The high-grade cable comprises 2 insulated pure copper cores and global thick copper shielding.

The BishopSound XLR cable's ability to deliver a balanced signal means that the final audio signal will have less unwanted noise from outside electrical interference. This preserves the original audio signal, even over long distances and near other electronic devices.

The Premium Quality BishopSound XLR to XLR cable is suitable for:

  • Linking Active Speakers
  • Professional Audio as each cable is screened and balanced.
  • Patch Cabling
  • Microphones
  • Professional Recording
  • Line Level over very long distances
  • Stage Lighting Signals

We use our own BishopSound branded thick cable. Very flexible durable PVC sheath, with its soft texture and reinforced with cotton cord to avoid tangling.

The difference between Balanced and Unbalanced 3-pin XLR cables is Balanced audio uses three conductors to carry a signal. Two of the conductors carry negative and positive and the third is used for ground.

An unbalanced XLR to XLR cable uses two conductors. One carries positive one negative. These cables are open to outside interference.
The advantage of a balanced signal is the ground is separate from the negative conductor which means the signal is protected by a screen and less chance of interference.

An XLR connector is a type of electrical connector primarily used in professional audio/visual and stage lighting equipment. XLR stands for "External Line Return". XLR connectors were invented as a means of passing large electrical currents cleanly, while providing a standardized connector for most types of audio devices, such as speakers, mixing boards, amplifiers, microphones, and other recording equipment.

Our XLR zinc alloy, chromed and copper terminations are the very best money can buy. We cut no corners as sound quality is vitally important to our business.

Today Bishopsound manufactures and sells PA all over the world. We maintain the British audio perfection ethos. Great quality, reliable, durable, cables, speakers and amplifiers at an affordable price.

We will always answer any questions and take care of you with a personal service.

Therefore – Buy with confidence and our cables are designed for studio and touring Speakers and Amplifiers used by Bands, Duos, Live Music, PA, Mobile DJs, Clubs, Schools and everyone who wants to make themselves heard.
