Introducing the BishopSound Delta Dual Line Array - and your personal invitation!

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our very first Line Array speaker system, the BishopSound Delta Dual 8" Passive Line Array. We unveiled the system at the recent BPM show and the response was so positive that we've decided to take the system on tour around the UK in November this year. Read on to find out how you can get your personal invitation to come and hear this amazing new introduction to the BishopSound line-up!

When the first modern line arrays first appeared in the 1990s they were the result of a great deal of work by acousticians aimed at solving some common problems with traditional point source PA systems - mostly how to give audiences even coverage at consistent volume levels. Over the years they have got better and better and they now dominate most major concerts and festivals. There are many users who still prefer 'point source' speakers (and we offer many of those too, of course!) and they remain much in demand, especially in the DJ, dance and pub and club live band market. But, especially for touring, a line array has become the 'must-have' for hire companies and professional sound engineers. The downside? Until now, almost always the price! Line arrays have become so expensive that hire companies are finding it increasingly difficult to make a profit from them.

The BishopSound Delta Passive Line Array BLA208 changes all that. Designed and tuned in the UK, it consists of 4 x Dual 8" boxes and comes complete in its purpose-built plywood made to measure flight case. Each of the four boxes contains 2 x 8" BishopSound Neo Drivers with 2.5" voice coils and 2 x 1.34 HF units with titanium diaphragms. British made kevlar speaker cones are used throughout. Each box delivers 600w RMS and operates at 65~20KHZ. It's designed to perform at maximum efficiency and minimum weight each plywood box only weighs 18kg.

Easy to transport with a superb sound, the BishopSound Delta is designed for hire companies and end-users who want a reliable, great-sounding, high-quality line array at an affordable price - an RRP of £2,499 with an introductory offer of just £1,999 inc VAT!

We're so confident that the Delta Dual is a game-changer that we are going to be taking it on the road this November to venues in Glasgow, Wakefield, Birmingham, Bristol, and London. As soon as we have completed arranging the dates and venues we will be announcing them on the website but in the meantime, if you would like a personal invitation to come and hear this incredible new introduction, please use the form here to let us know.

Incidentally, we will also be springing a few surprise launches at these shows - brand new products which we know will set the pulses racing, so make sure you don't miss out!
